Chers étudiants: Je m'appelle Denise et je suis une chanteuse professionnelle titulaire d'un master de chant de l'École supérieure de musique de Catalogne (ESMUC) spécialisée en chant historique, musicologie et éducation musicale. Mon expérience s'étend principalement à la musique ancienne et classique avec une vie d'interprète active, mais j'ai également l'expérience et la connaissance des styles musicaux populaires tels que le folk latino-américain, le jazz et les comédies musicales. En tant que guide ou coach vocal, j'ai collaboré avec différentes institutions académiques et projets artistiques privés, en me concentrant principalement sur les étudiants internationaux ou les programmes d'intégration sociale. J'ai des années d'expérience dans l'enseignement aux enfants, adolescents et adultes en Amérique latine et en Europe, comprenant ainsi différents niveaux d'appréciation et besoins. Mon objectif principal est d'aider l'élève à découvrir sa voix tout en prenant plaisir à faire de la musique. **Suggestions et indications de cours** Aucune expérience n'est nécessaire, apportez simplement votre enthousiasme et votre musique préférée. Les cours peuvent être dispensés en anglais, espagnol, français ou allemand. Il n'y a pas de limite pour les styles, apportez votre musique préférée et je fournirai un environnement sûr pour votre croissance personnelle et musicale. Pour les enfants, je recommande fortement le cours de 45 minutes car leur durée d'attention et leur développement corporel sont différents de ceux d'un adulte. From my childhood I have been studying music and art: sang in choir and solo, played piano, painted, studied music history and literature, solfeggio. Later in college I have also learned choir conducting, had ensemble and choir singing lessons, cultural studies. During last year in university I had pedagogy practice at university and at private art school (where I worked as a music tutor before the war - piano, voice). I truly enjoyed working with students. They all were different age (8 - 40+ years old) and level. But all were very interesting and work was pleasant. My education was very various: my core subjects were conducting, choir, voice, piano. So it allowed me to work with children, teens and adults with quite wide range of interests and needs: some students needed/wanted to learn particular composition(s), sometimes pop songs arrangements, some were interested in “introduction” to the music, some wanted to renew skills they gained in their childhood and continue their journey to the music world. In addition I prepared presentations (which contained information about cultural and historical background and musical and character/art analysis). So after graduation from choir conducting faculty (which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in many important compatible branches) I concentrated on studying classical singing and piano, expanded my cultural studies and analysis knowledge, practiced solfeggio and harmony.

Je me spécialise dans le piano classique et jazz avancé, la composition et l'arrangement, ainsi que dans les fondamentaux de la théorie musicale pour les étudiants de la 5e année de l'ABRSM au niveau du diplôme. J'offre des réductions substantielles pour les familles et pour les forfaits de 5 ou 10 leçons. J'ai un studio bien équipé avec un nouveau piano à queue ainsi que d'autres claviers et équipements techniques musicaux, et j'enseigne à la fois en personne pour les étudiants vivant à Édimbourg et en ligne à l'échelle internationale. Comme beaucoup de mes étudiants viennent de l'université d'Édimbourg, où j'enseigne également l'orchestration et la composition pour écran, les cours de jour peuvent être flexibles d'une semaine à l'autre. Mes cours sont utiles aux étudiants qui cherchent à réussir les examens de performance et de théorie de niveau supérieur, ainsi qu'aux étudiants universitaires qui cherchent à combler leurs lacunes en matière de connaissances et à explorer la composition et l'orchestration plus en profondeur. Les étudiants que j'ai enseignés obtiennent invariablement d'excellents résultats, jusqu'à 144/150 aux récents examens pratiques de piano de l'ABRSM, et jusqu'à 100 % en théorie de la musique. J'enseigne également la technologie musicale, en me spécialisant dans Cubase DAW ainsi que dans les applications de création de partitions Sibelius et Dorico.

Development of voice, body, breathing, as well as building skills in public speaking and acting – this is what I focus on in my lessons. I am a professional opera singer and actress. I received my formal education at the Berlin University of the Arts, participated in projects with renowned musicians, and have extensively studied Baroque music. Additionally, I play synthesizer in a rock band, work with electronics on the computer and enjoy improvising in various musical styles.
